A chance to catch Upswing's latest piece, Fallen, before it heads to the London International Mime Festival at the beginning of 2011. It's a show about migration, exodus and identity, lodged somewhere in that familiar interzone between reality and dreams. In a short abstract it runs the risk of sounding generic, but is actually an interesting prospect: inspired in part by the experiences of director Vicki Amedume's mother as an asylum seeker, and with a creative team that includes Mish Weaver (Design) and Paper Cinema's Nic Rawling (Animation / Illustration). Worth getting in on early.
