For one night only, aerialist Gisele Edwards is performing a newly commissioned piece at LSO St Luke's, an old, restored church in Old Street that's (surely) been destined for aerial performance since it reopened five or so years ago. It's honestly one of London's most beautiful venues, worth visiting on the slightest excuse, and in Sound & Space you have a potentially very interesting piece: it's a collaboration between Gisele and the musicians Alexander Balanescu (violin) and Evelina Petrova (accordion) to explore the relationship of live music and aerial work, continuing on from Gisele's previous short piece, Violin and Rope, which you might have seen at the Linbury Studio as part of Firsts or at Jacksons Lane.
