On paper the winning evening from Jacksons Lane's Postcards festival, Experiments in Circus is a showcase of performances from eight artists who've received the support of Circus Space's Lab:time scheme (which gives micro-grants and free creation space for recipients to undertake focused artistic research). Among those showing work are the excellent aerialists Leo Hedman and Ilona Jäntti, juggler and yo-yo king Aaron Sparks, tightwire artist Alana Jones, and clown Francesca Martello (doing something called 'group hoop', ominously).
