Hailing from San Francisco, America's Circus City, Paper Doll Militia's This Twisted Tale is a macabre playground fairytale about a meeting between a little girl and the Devil. Sideshow doesn't know so much about this one, but notes that the co-director is Ben Harrison, the artistic director of site-specific titans Grid Iron, and also that among the show's aerial apparatuses are monkey bars – definitely until now an underused and underdeveloped piece of circus equipment.
