Run by a collective of artists with nominated keyholders, the Albany is an old Methodist Church that's been retooled for circus. The space – which is one space, undivided – is mostly used by aerialists, with open training fitted in around a changing (but not over-tight) schedule of classes and private bookings. Bring your own equipment unless you care to be embraced by the stiff, miserly coils of the Albany's resident rope.
