Not a lot going in Northern Ireland, but Belfast Circus School is a big one, and has been around in one form or another for 25 years. Since 1999 they've been based in Belfast's Cathedral Quarter in a custom-built and majestically high space, running youth circus classes alongside adult training. Professionals can train in the school during the day so long as there are no classes scheduled – there's a calendar to check the timetable in the space, or e-mail them if you're going to visit. Note as well that it's very cheap: £5 p/d, £20 p/w, £40 p/m, or £250 p/a.
