The Irish Streets Arts, Circus and Spectacle Network (ISACS), a newly formed body advocating for the development of its three namesake artforms, is holding an inaugural, one-day seminar on 25 November 2012 to coincide with Tralee Circus Festival.
The seminar will focus on highlighting the touring, funding and co-production opportunities available for Irish artists within the European Union, and will include contributions from speakers Joe Mackintosh (SeaChange Arts), Yohann Floch (Circostrada Network), Verena Cornwall (Circus Adviser, Arts Council of Ireland), Con Fanzini (Tralee Circus Festival / ISACS), Chantal McCormick (Fidget Feet / ISACS), and Lucy Medlycott (Bui Bolg / ISACS). The seminar will also mark the inauguration of ISACS as a network with an evening reception.
The event will be held at The Brandon Hotel & Conference Centre in Tralee. The cost of attending is 30 Euros for ISACS members and 50 Euros for non-members; to book contact Siamsa Box Office on +353 (0)66 7123055 or for more information e-mail info@isacs.ie
