The Daiwa Anglo-Japanese Foundation is a UK charity that supports closer links between Britain and Japan. The Foundation has a number of activities, among them the provision of grants to support projects in visual and performing arts (as well as many other fields).
The small grants are for £3000-7000, are open to individuals, societies, associations or other bodies in the UK or Japan, and can cover all fields of activity, including educational and grassroots exchanges, research travel, the organisation of conferences, exhibitions, and any other projects or events that fulfil the broad objective of promoting and supporting interaction between Britain and Japan. New initiatives are especially encouraged.
