Hey, look: the BBC Performing Arts Fund is a good opportunity to steal from the (opulent) table of dance.
From a £200,000 fund grants of £500 - £5000 are available within one of two categories: Community Dance and Dance Fellowships. It's the second one that probably has the most flexibility and potential for the circus sector, allowing organisations and companies to apply for money to host and train a fellow working in Dance, Chorepgraphy or Production.
