Without Walls, a consortium of eight UK outdoor festivals that commissions and supports street arts work, is inviting artists and companies to propose ideas for the development of new outdoor work for 2013.
Proposals can be in any artform or discipline, on a small or large scale, but should be suitable for touring to 'both civic/urban spaces and park sites/suburban locations'. What's on offer, at first, is research and development support – grants of £2000-5000 – though naturally the idea is that some of the projects supported will either go on to be fully fledged Without Walls commissions or else will tour to the member festivals.
For more details on eligibility and how to apply see the Without Walls website.
