The next edition of Zircus Plus – Barrow's festival of outdoor circus arts, part of Lakes Alive – has been confirmed for 15-17 July 2011, and the organisers are interested in hearing from outdoor circus artists/companies whose work might be suitable for presentation.
The focus is on theatrical or character-driven work, from the small-scale up to the large, and the festival usually pays all artist fees and expenses. Zircus Plus will also be doubling up with the XTRAX showcase, so it's a fine opportunity to get your work in front of the great and good of the street arts world.
