The first production of a newish Australian company formed by members of the cast of C!rca (class of 2009), Knee Deep was the circus success of the 2012 Edinburgh Fringe, pulling in some good reviews/audiences as well as getting shortlisted for a Total Theatre Award. Now it's back for another run at Assembly George Square. Conceptually the piece explores strength and fragility, but refracts this through a physical language and aesthetics that combines the high technical execution of Circa with a moody cabaret/spiegeltent vibe.
