Back in the mould of previous large-scale shows Immortal and Tabú, and directed again by long-time NFS collaborator Firenza Guidi, Bianco was originally devised for Cornwall's Eden Project. Performed there in a diaphanous white tent that was brightly lit during the daytime, the show became a two-part piece, the first part in light, the second part, following an interval and sunset, in darkness. The show has been reshaped for the Roundhouse and will afterward go on to tour in the company's silver spaceship tent.
