Returning to Jacksons Lane following a short run there last November, Stumble danceCircus's Box of Frogs approaches the complex subject of mental illness by exploring bipolarity, disassociation and depression. Sideshow saw the early performances, and the show was interesting for its determination to needle and frustrate the audience but seemed to fall short of uniting its dramaturgy with its intentions. Probably it will have been reworked a little though, so give it a try. The performance is part of the off-site programme for this year's CircusFest.
