Following a grant from the Esmee Fairbairn Foundation, London venue artsdepot is offering four companies or individuals the opportunity to secure a two-week residency to research and develop new ideas. Successful applicants will also receive mentorship and a grant to support their work.
Artsdepot are interested in hearing from both new and established individuals / companies (in any artform) who can produce family-friendly work that will compliment the venue's existing programme and overall ethos. They're also interested in hearing from individuals/companies able to create a sustainable relationship with the venue going forward, and in project ideas that can be developed beyond the R&D residency period.
The four successful applicants will receive: access to the Creation Space for a minimum of two weeks in order to research and develop new ideas (with the aim of sharing findings or ideas explored at the end of the residency); a grant of up to £2,000; access to support and mentoring from industry professionals including the artsdepot team.
