Following on from previous directories of artistic residency centres in France and Belgium, Circostrada have compiled a guide to centres in the UK. Each entry includes conditions of residency, details of facilities, a list of previous companies hosted, and contact information.
Given the different state and process of circus creation in the UK the directory allows a broader remit than the previous editions and includes centres that only permit residencies by invitation as well as those which rent out spaces for rehearsals and creation.
