The ascendant NoFit State Circus are currently recruiting for two senior positions: Head of Aerial and Head of Youth Circus.
For the Head of Aerial they’re looking for someone with a variety of skills, beginner to advanced, including static and swinging trapeze, rope and silks, aerial hoop, cloudswing and flying trapeze. The successful candidate will also manage other aerial teachers and work with the Head of Youth Circus. Minimum hours are 12 teaching hours + 3 admin hours p/w, with opportunities to expand on that through private classes and weekend work. £15-£20 p/h teaching and £7.50- £10 p/h admin, depending on ability and experience.
The Head of Youth Circus will coordinate NoFit State’s youth circus, work on the delivery of funded development programmes, manage the other youth circus teachers, and plan youth circus performances and events. They’re looking for someone with all-round circus skills and experience of working with young people. 8 regular teaching hours (plus additional in-house and outreach workshops and holiday programmes) + 3-5 meeting and admin hours p/w. £15-£20 p/h teaching and £7.50- £10 p/h admin, depending on ability and experience.
