XTRAX is presenting three showcase events this summer in collaboration with three outdoor arts festivals: Greenwich+Docklands International Festival in London, Mintfest in Kendal, and Fuse Medway Festival in Chatham and Rochester.
Each showcase will feature the work of national and international artists working outdoors — much of it new work — and will be wrapped in networking events to introduce programmers and producers to each other and to artists. Among the presenting companies are Mimbre (at GDIF and Mintfest), NoFit State Circus (Fuse Medway), Gandini Juggling (Mintfest), Upswing (Mintfest), and Dizzy O’Dare (Fuse Medway).
The dates for Fuse Regional Platform are 15-17 June 2012 (registration); the GDIF showcase is part of Greenwich Fair and will take place 22-24 June 2012 (registration); and the Mintfest platform is 31 August – 2 September 2012 (registration).
