Appearing at Hove's fortress-like All Saints Church as part of Brighton Festival, How Like An Angel is a site-responsive work made by the Australian contemporary circus giants Circa in collaboration with the vocal ensemble I Fagiolini. Circa have been seen in the UK before with their compilation show and the cynically stylish Wunderkammer, but however you feel about the company's previous work Sideshow judges this as one to see – for the occasion and the ambiance, but also to support a circus show that's pulling the sort of production coups normally reserved for contemporary music or dance.
