Subcase is a yearly showcase and fair to connect Swedish circus artists and companies with promoters and bookers. Over two intense days, delegates see full-length productions, works-in-progress, and can attend presentations and (this year) a speed-dating session.
Among the eight full shows being presented in 2011 are Poetry in Motion's excellently trailed Undermän, Cirkus Cirkör's latest show Wear it like a Crown, and Fourth Shape (Jay Gilligan)'s overview of the evolution of modern juggling, Objectify.
This year Subcase takes place in Subtopia's Hangaren, a new 2300m2 building purpose-built for contemporary circus.
